He works with business owners and school leaders to understand priorities, define a practical direction and keep the relationship focused on useful results. From the first conversation to longer-term planning, Justin provides a clear point of contact for the business side of your IT partnership.
Client relationships & technical solutions
Robert connects the client conversation with the technical work behind it. He helps translate questions and priorities into practical next steps, working across account support, troubleshooting and systems projects. His function is to keep the people using the technology and the people supporting it on the same page, so clients can understand what is happening and what comes next.
Technical support & cybersecurity
Rickey supports clients with technical issues while bringing a cybersecurity focus to the work. He helps review protective settings, investigate concerns and turn security requirements into practical tasks. His function combines day-to-day technical support with attention to how systems, accounts and information are protected.
Finance & billing support
Candy handles finance and billing support, helping keep the financial side of the client relationship organized. She works with invoices, billing records and account questions so clients have a clear path when they need help understanding a charge or resolving a billing detail. Her work supports the coordination between client service and the company’s financial processes.
Advanced technical support & systems
Johan helps clients work through technical problems and supports the systems their teams rely on. His work includes troubleshooting more complex issues and carrying out technical projects, with an emphasis on understanding how the pieces fit together. He brings additional technical depth when an issue needs investigation beyond the first support step.
